Loopy is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all users. This policy explains how data is collected, stored, used, and managed when individuals apply for jobs or create profiles through Loopy. It also outlines user rights to edit or delete their profile at any time.

Data collection

Application data: When candidates apply, Loopy collects CV details, contact information, and employment preferences.
Website applications: Candidates can also apply for a job or submit a CV on the Think People website. The email address is verified with a one-time code, CV details are extracted and the original file is discarded. The candidate then confirms their mobile number and consent on WhatsApp before a Loopy profile is created.
Prefilled profiles: Once a profile is created, the original CV file is discarded immediately after data is extracted. Loopy does not store original CVs.
System logs: Loopy maintains logs of interactions for compliance and service improvement.

Data usage

Job matching: Candidate data is used solely to match applicants with relevant job opportunities.
Employer sharing: A recreated CV (based on stored profile data) is shared with employers or recruiters only if the user explicitly consents to apply for a job.
Compliance: Logs and records are maintained to meet regulatory and platform requirements.

All profile data is stored securely in encrypted databases.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your rights
